A new beginning

Today I handed in my resignation to my boss at Kam-Press. It went well; I was quite surprised he took it so well. I am looking forward to my new job, even though I am very, very nervous. Changing careers is very stressful, but after nine years at the same place, it's time for a change.

I'll be moving into a technical position, (I won't name the company at this time) and I'll be doing web development and technical support. I'm really excited! All the time I have put into teaching myself has finally paid off!

I'll post more in a couple days when my mind has stopped swirling. Just wanted to let the one person who reads this site know whatÂ’s going on!

I know I should post all the details, but a part of me feels that I should hold off for now, so I don't jinx myself. Also, I'm not so sure that some of the things I have to say are too kind, and those are best left unsaid.

Oh, sorry to hear what the Downs did to you shann, that is total BS.
