The PDM Dynamic Notification Add-in simplifies a PDM workflow by allowing the PDM admin to set one transition for notifications instead of creating multiple transitions for each notification condition. The add-in supports notifying a user, group, or a user specified by a variable.

EPDM Print to PDF Task Add-in is a SolidWorks Enterprise PDM task add-in that prints files to a PDF printer. It currently uses Bullzip PDF Printer. Microsoft Office files (Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint) are handled natively and the PDF printer is not required. (It does need to be installed, however.)

Sets a variable called “FileSize” on files upon checkin.
Copies file names of referenced (where used and referenced) files of the selected file to the clipboard in a space delimited format. Useful for searches.
Copies the conisio link (conisio://) of selected files to the clipboard. Good for use in Word files or emails.
